The system removed my platinum cart for stock inaccuracies. I contacted support twice already, was told my issue would be escalated. Haven’t heard anything back in 2 weeks. Now the system won’t give me any orders no matter where I drive and wait for them

I have been doing Instacart since 2020. I have a five star rating. I just did a delivery from target at 8 PM tonight and then I get an email saying that there was suspicious activity. There were some items that had to be added manually. And I called up the customer to let them know that some of the items cost a bit more and they were OK with it. I’m hoping my account does not get deactivated.

Instacart gives delivery times 2-3 hours out then makes you wait 24 hours... delivers warm poultry and beef because it sits in shoppers cars too long... delivers restaurant orders rock hard and ice cold because they dont get picked up.. and customer service does nothing to help. I have countless screen recorded conversations of this. We pay for a service and its never provided!!!!

The application process is ridiculous. I submitted my application and have been on a waitlist for 2 years. When I moved and wanted to update my location, they said it wasn’t possible and that if I withdrew or delete my application, I could not make another one with the same email or phone number.
