Yea … now days and before .. it’s all ab money .. is crazy the amount of money parents spend on their kids specially on traveling … and that’s the only way to .. you have to have money for your kids to play .. which is crazy .. imagen how many kids that are really good but can’t play bc money situations

We're also looking in the wrong places for players. Soccer in the U.S., as it stands, is almost exclusively being developed in the wealthy suburbs. We need to be in the cities going after kids who are playing football, baseball, and basketball. We also need to do away with insane travel team costs. Those costs alone do gut the number of kids who are getting scouted and the opportunity to be developed. We need to have the U.S. step up and be able to offer the same kind of NIL money to promising players as those in other sports receive. Paying those funds on the front end will pay off massively down the road.

Yeah but uefa and premier league invest soo much money into the lower leagues. In America we invest in Football and Basketball and Tennis like that

It’s the access. The kids who get access to this training are rich kids. I’ve been playing and training since 2 years , all free programs aside from Jersey cost up until 11 and I only played club soccer ( elite competition and training ) for 3 years because it’s so expensive!! Therefore no eyes on my talent , I couldn’t be seen.

There so much going on now days it's difficult for them to stay focused and be dedicated! It's possible but mentors coaches are a big parts in a kids future! 🇲🇽🇺🇸💯💯
