I tried to watch it. I couldn’t. I got too triggered. UGHHHHH I am nearing 50 years old, I have adult children, and I left Mormonism when I was 19, and I’m STILL triggered. UGH. The rage from those gross men talking with such condescending tones is immediate. I’m thankful every day (literally) that I got out before I raised my own kids.

I recently left the church after being in it all my life. I need a closet reset and to find a new fashion sense to buy new clothes because I’ve only ever worn jeans and a T-shirt all my life to be “modest”. Any advice or shops I should check out for new clothes please let me know!

This is the worst thing the church did to me! I still bring out for over 5 years still have the thoughts about is what I’m wearing appropriate and modest. Which I know is the stupidest thing busy 30+ years in a controlling religion and it’s really hard to stop.
