i recently moved from my old place, i used to get sleep paralysis really often there, she would sit on me till my body dipped into the mattress and all when i moved it stopped for 2 months, she lost me And came to find me again, when she did i had a sleep paralysis she was checking if it's me. i woke up and fell asleep again i felt her sitting beside me, munching and breathing while she was petting my head, she was petting my head for so long that it hurt, she was so happy to find me again what am i supposed to do to make her go away? i tried a lot of things but she just doesn't let me go, it feels like she's feeding off of me since i feel week ever since she came back (im pretty sure it came from the house that i first lived in, my aunt didn't give water to a woman and she apparently cursed the house, my siblings used to have the same situations with this demon? monster? i have no idea what she is, but they had it worse) please if anyone knows anything help me i beg!
