I used to work there, and honestly wouldn't really reccomend it with their predatory nature of their timeshare tours. Book the normal packages that don't require their timeshare tour they will waste your entire day on said tour.

Sadly I didn’t have the same experience when I went we didn’t get the room we were supposed to be in. They really didn’t have any internet. Their main restaurant wasn’t open and it took them several years to finish all of the renovations. Me and my ex also got food poisoning and they didn’t do anything about it. I also heard they kept having issues with the water park. I hope things have gotten better but I personally wouldn’t ever go back
