I'm Happy Just To Dance With You was recorded on March 10, 1964 and was released as part of the "A Hard Days Night" soundtrack. It was also featured in the film! John Lennon played his 1964 Rickenbacker 325 through a Vox AC30 and George Harrison played his 1962 Gretsch Country Gentleman also through a Vox AC30.
