@natty__daddy: | things I wish someone told me about deadlifts PT III | • pull the slack out of the bar • generate force gradually so you can ensure you are lifting from a safe, powerful position. otherwise you run the risk of your hips rising too early and/or letting the bar drift away from your center of mass. both of these things will put undue tension on your back and could lead to a disc bulge or herniation. and don't forget about the importance of bracing your core. #deadlift #glutes #trainertips #exercisetutorial
