I used panty liners in my bra when I was breastfeeding. Cut it in half, one on each side. They stick, don’t move, and the back was lined so it didn’t stain my bra or shirt.

Use maxi pads in there. They have the sticky stuff on the back. It will stick to your bra.

honestly it sounds weird but I would buy period pads cut them in half and stick them in my bra when I was breastfeeding feeding...they stayed in place at least and were super absorbent
