I was shocked by how generously packed each kimbap was. Not only did it taste incredibly fresh, but it also felt healthier with all the veggies inside. Even my boyfriend (who definitely eats more than I do) couldn’t finish one in a single sitting🤯 It’s also customizable: You can choose between white or brown rice, mild or spicy sauce, and add toppings like kimchi, anchovies, cheese, baked egg, etc. By default, it’s served as a half-cut roll, but you can request it sliced into pieces. The salmon is cured in gochujang sauce, which is such a unique topping that you don’t usually see in kimbap. They’re also generous with the amount of salmon in each roll.
