As a former District Manager, the store is at fault for leaving recalled items on the sales floor. The only reason it’s a penny is because the location missed a recall. That’s on the General Manager… not the customer.

I think these stores need to understand once it’s been sold that’s it. It’s sold. They have no more rights. So continuously saying we can’t sell them when it’s already been sold that’s irrelevant.
