Get yourself an operation to fix it, ACL's don't fix on their own unfortunately - it'll go again if you do sports where you turn sharply, or in any tbh

Currently have 2 partial acl tares. You can play on them no problem after a few months rehab so once thats the case you should be all good, But I would definitely research boot quality to help prevent anything in future

MRIs are the worst 🥴 At least it was on your leg though so your whole body didn’t need to be inside the machine cause it’s soooo claustrophobic!!

I tore my meniscus years ago, been playing since the new year. Month ago started getting pain again having to stop :( love playing but knees do not like it 😭😂
