Ketchup and mustard *can* be kept out of the fridge without spoiling. The acid keeps bacteria from growing. They may not stay as fresh for as long but they don’t *have* to be refrigerated. Mayonnaise does though. It is more like dairy and will go bad if left out.

ketchup does not go in the fridge. I don't care what the fucking packaging says for one. ketchup stays good for a long ass time. ketchup is not something that's going to expire in your cabinet. secondly, why in the almighty fuck would I want to put cold ketchup on my warm french fries?
