I grew up going to these places with my dad, who was a double amputee. His prosthetist was named Larry and was the coolest! Awesome problem solver, great listener. I think the folks who do this work are so underrated! Good luck on your first fit! Sending good leg energy! :)

Medical situation here 😂. My Mom has always been my appt chaperone and when we take my Dad it’s the same way! He wants to know everything about all the things. Even stuff not related to me. 😂😂😂

I preferred the fiberglass hand molded over the 3d scan socket I have had both and the hand molded one fits better

Be patient I know it’s hard all you want to do is walk again I had to wait for a wound to heal it took forever and ended up having to get another surgery but all healed and in my leg now
