Chicken • 1.5 lbs chicken tenderloins • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar • 2 tbs oil • 2 tbs honey • Salt • Pepper Add everything to a bowl and mix well. Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until fully cooked and caramelized on both sides. Salad • Mozzarella pearls • Cherry tomatoes • Fresh basil • Balsamic vinegar • Balsamic glaze • Olive oil • Salt • Pepper Add the mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil to a bowl. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Toss well and finish with balsamic glaze. Serve the salad with the chicken on top.
