New born trenches the light spots and bumps are so ughhhhh. Hydrocortisone got my baby together and aveeno lotion. But the dermatologist helped me figure it out

It’s from the milk dripping on their necks my baby has it as well try to keep the neck area as dry as possible we also put hydrocortisone on his neck but if ur baby is formula fed or breastfed it’s from the slob and milk just sitting with a wet neck
