I feel what you are saying, im 63 as well, I have copd and CHF, pulmonary hypertension, and on and on..... I absolutely have to sit for shower, i get so short of breath just moving, I hate it and I know it's so depressing and frustrating!!

I have copd… I’m 63 yrs old too. This is a very scary disease… I’m going into stage 4… taking it a day at a time. Scared .

I have it also. I don't have any pain but everything else that you experience I do too. I would recommend to anyone who smokes to stop because this disease is awful

I totally understand I have COPD I'm 65 I have fibromyalgia back and hip problems scoliosis and osteoporosis I'm in pain 24/7 it never goes away I get it it's not easy I get what you're saying

I have COPD as well in addition I have MAC infection also , I see an infectious Disease doctor. It is not easy for sure.

My husband has Interstitial Lung Disease. There is no cure for it and will progress resulting in death. He was a previous smoker but they say they are not sure what caused this disease. He also has Oxygen but has good days too that he will not have to use it. Lung diseases are terrible. The feeling of not being able to breath has to be the scariest feeling ever. I will keep you in my prayers 🙏
