This is correct. Franklin county INCLUDES columbus but isn’t JUST Columbus. My property is in Gahanna but we are Franklin county and I have to tell people all the time we can’t break up security deposits.

I was told if I break up the deposit I don’t get it back when I move out :/. Easton commons told me this. Right across from cheesecake.

So basically these companies that I have been applying to has been hiding this? I was never told about this option at both apts I applied at. It’s even on their website saying you have to pay your security deposit within 48 hours. Napa townhouse on Elaine offered some third party company that will pay my security deposit for me and I have to pay them back but not once did she say it can be split up. They need to do something about rent cost in these ran down apts and houses and fees like that $250 administration fee. That administration fee is just extra money to them bc everything they need is in that fee for application. It’s just ridiculous all the way around

All Market ,Tax Credit or Rural Development properties are required to do full payment or 3 partial payments of deposit! I manage all 3 types of these properties! We are not required to split in 6 payments just 3 !
