I’ve been a hairdresser in the admin in the salon in for things just like this is the reason I would never work at one again lol there’ll be girls that were so upset that their clients for 10 minutes late because of construction or an accident and they would have nothing else booked all day long and they would refuse to see that client because they’re 10 minutes late, but they had nothing else booked for the rest of the day and the clients usually called to let us know they are running late lol I love your skits. They’re amazing.

Can the next video be of the client having a scheduled appointment with a different stylist at the same salon and this stylist ces out like "did you book me last minute again? I don't remember seeing you on my books" and the client says "oh lord no. I know for sure never to discredit your work again and didn't want to put you out by booking any time with you. You made it abundantly clear I was an inconvenience. I booked with Shannon. She said she was happy to help me"

I often just walk in for a cut. I love my stylists that I see. Thinking that getting a last minute appointment devalues your time is crazy.
