Once worked at a college that had an amazing engineering program. These students renovated their room (and I mean renovated like putting up new rooms via structural supports and drywall etc). They were so proud of it and showed me their handy work immediately. I was SPEECHLESS when upon checkout it was all gone and restored to the original footprint. You couldn’t even tell they had ever done any work at all 🤣😂
