@lanes.avenue: If a piece has chipped corners or damaged edges, don’t skip over it right away. Repairs like this are actually pretty simple once you know what to use. Mohawk epoxy putty is one of my favorite products for furniture repairs because it dries quickly, sands smooth, and blends seamlessly once primed and painted. This is exactly how I fix damaged corners before refinishing a piece.
