This amount for the recipe given makes about the amount shown in the jar from the video. ✳️ Ingredients for McFlurry Dip: 340g (1 1/2 Cup) Plain or Vanilla Nonfat Greek Yogurt 108g (1 1/2 Cup) Light Cool Whip 3 Scoop Vanilla or Chocolate Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder (@legion code nickkaz saves $$) 92-144g (1/2-3/4 Cup) Confectioners Sugar Substitute (I used Swerve) Whey/casein makes it THICKER ✳️ Ingredients for Mix-in/Topping: 3 Oreos, Crushed Extra Oreos, Crushed (*optional*) 👉 Everything that is optional is NOT included in da macros ✳️ Directions: 1.
