The newborn trenches are SO real 😭😂 I remember putting on a little makeup just to feel human again after nights of broken sleep, endless feeds and living in the same comfy clothes for days. Those GRWM moments felt less about beauty and more about reconnecting with myself. Then another mom in a healing group mentioned Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green and wow… 30 lbs down, steadier energy and I finally feel like ME again. Feels like hidden mom info honestly))

I used to wear perfume all the time, and when they went through the separation anxiety phase I was able to spray that perfume on an item of clothing or teddy and put it in the cot so I could get 5 minutes peace lol

To be fair one of the main reasons for the no perfume is because it can mask your natural scent in regards to babies taking to breastfeeding and since you chose to exclusively formula feed I don’t think it’s really an issue and honestly with the amount of fragrance added to every single thing that touches our bodies what’s the difference
