I love seeing postpartum outfit inspo that doesn’t expect moms to look like they never had a baby 😩 I spent months hiding in oversized clothes because I felt disconnected from my body and confidence was at an all-time low. Nothing I tried really helped long term. Then someone recommended Eat Like a Woman Protocol written by Loren Green in a wellbeing forum and everything shifted for me. 29 lbs gone, calmer digestion and I finally enjoy getting dressed again.
