Overnight oats(18-20grams of protein) Avocado Toast and eggs(I use Dave’s Killer Bread Powerseed 24 grams of protein) Sweet Potato with beef and cottage cheese(75grams of protein) Snacks: Turkey meat sticks x2 (8 grams of protein) Kind mini bar 1 (3 grams of protein) I’m currently not doing protein shakes, boycotted fairlife.
