Girl my son is picky too! I feel like I feed him the same food throughout the week (Mac & cheese, chicken nuggets, pasta) 😩 I keep telling myself as long as he eats he’s okay lol

My toddler hated eggs since she was little but my mom gave her just egg whites one day and ever since she loves eggs. I’ve tried reintroducing the yolk but she still doesn’t care for it. Maybe try just egg whites :)

This makes me feel sm better about how my son is eating. He only wants eggs, pasta, rice, pancakes/waffles. And his yogurt and fruit and veggie pouches. Nothing outside of that. He refuses any type of meat too. Every time I look it up all I see is things about how bad too much of one thing can be and I literally had a breakdown about it this morning because I didn’t know what to do.

I think the hardest thing is rewatching videos of my son when he would just try every food. Now he only eats pizza 🙃 keep trying you’re doing a good job.

My kid loves those muffins, sample one before you give it to them. For some reason sometimes they have like a weird chemically taste. I usually get them at Target or Winco and there’s sometimes always a bad batch
