as an Arab myself, I have (or had) androgenic alopecia badly. saw palmetto, rosemary oil, green tea, nettle roots and pumpkin seed oil. a few other family secrets to boost. it took a year to see significant change in overall hair density, and 2 years to see the area get smaller. im sure by year 3 my scalp will look as it was always meant to 💕

actually the research on rosemary oil compared to 2% minoxidil and people had to apply it twice a day

Right, I used topical minoxidil for 2 years with 0 improvements, thinking it will get better time to time but it doesn’t! I think I am non responder to minoxidil. I stopped it now and thinking to switch to rosemary oil.
