"False Alarm or Report" (Texas Penal Code § 42.06).is what she was arrested for. they saying she didnt give them time to make a statement . still it was not false alarm

this is a lawsuit. she got locked up for trying to help ppl not get sick and u punish her. i feel like the was a small town community testing area. this wasn't a mistake they punished her like they knew. it was no notice sent to this lady to not spread the facts about this situation.

I called my city waste management and he said he would never drink the water even with a filter and laughed you don't just get things from drinking it your body absorbs that mess as well he said I'll have them flush the hydrants 5 days later they did 2 streets over even though we have 1 as well
