Unfortunately a apron belly can’t be completely dissolved by exercise at some point you will have to get it removed. I just got mine removed this past weekend healing now

You can’t spot reduce fat. Your body will just remove fat from wherever it wants. These exercises will definitely help with muscle growth, but won’t necessarily “burn” the fat in that area
