this isn't a criminal matter the items were paid for they have a receipt they've presented a receipt that they paid for these items if home Depot didn't want these incidents happening instead of reducing the price of items that need to be removed from the floor to one penny they should remove them from being able to be sold all together this is a problem that home Depot has created for itself but legally speaking the items were paid for not stolen

If something is a penny it's suppose to be taken off the shelf because u can't sell it and the store is suppose to throw it out and everything is self check out if there were employees cashing them out the cashier could have informed them we can't sell that

You go to Home Depot and you see the price tag on the product and you go to the cashier and get checked out and you go to the parking lot. You have committed a crime. According to these officers. Because the store has decided that the price that they put on their own product and rang up is not a price they like what they like to change it. In the meantime you’re being arrested for grand theft I will never go to Home Depot.
