Chest of drawers in the wardrobe? If it doesn’t fit sell both get a new one that would fit? Or look into hanging storage solutions so no drawers and maybe a bedside table on one or both sides? Under bed storage to rotate your clothes between seasons?

Put the crate against the wall where your desk is and then put your desk in front of it so when you come in, you can’t see the crate, it’s behind and with the bed on the other side like you said you should have room to open the crate

Can you not fit all your clothes in your wardrobe? Looks like it takes up the wall there. Might need a big declutter of clothes to make more room. Getting rid of a dresser will definitely help. I also like my bed against a wall to free up space too.

Only right option : Move ur bed to the right and makeup table infront of window for natural lighting. Do whatever u want with the drawer

I’d put the bed where the white draws are facing the other way, then move the desk next to the bed so you can also use it as a side table then draws and crate near the door.

Can you move the dogs crate out of your room. I think moving the bed round will be good and the chest of drawers and desk at the end of the bed..
