The new all-electric AMG GT 4-Door produces up to 1,169 horsepower and features next-generation axial-flux motors capable of spinning to an insane 15,000 RPM. AMG claims the GT 63 variant can launch from 0-60 mph in just 2.0 seconds, putting it deep into hypercar territory. The car rides on AMG's new AMG.EA platform with an 800-volt architecture and ultra-fast charging capabilities. Unlike most EVs, AMG is heavily focusing on emotion and drama by simulating V8 sounds, gearshift sensations, and vibrations inside the cabin. Visually, the car looks far more futuristic than the current GT 4-Door with an aggressive low stance, illuminated grille, and concept-car styling.
