Have you had your pelvic floor looked at by a women’s pelvic floor specialist? You could have stress or misalignment and a reg doc might not pickup that.

So random but I’ve had bad problems with constipation because of chemo and pain meds etc etc. kiwis have been so helpful and prune packs along with some prescriptions and plenty of water. I don’t know your personal situation but it could be worth a try if you like kiwi? Hope you feel better it’s the worst!

I don’t believe nobody mentioned prune juice. It works 100 percent of the time. Start with 4 ounces on an empty stomach
