@wherepreciousgoes: Very few people have been to this national park in Uganda. It is one of the most untouched and beautiful national parks in Africa. This is Kidepo Valley National Park 📌 Hidden in the far northeast of Uganda, Kidepo feels wild, untouched and completely different from anywhere else in the country. We visited during the shoulder season (the period between the wet and dry seasons) The park was green and full of life and we saw animals really close to the tracks. We were told that this is only because rain spreads both water and fresh grass across the plains, animals don’t need to stay around specific spots. In the dry season, it’s a different story. Animals concentrate around fewer water sources giving a very different experience. Same park… different experiences.
