It’s a great place to live but it is getting overcrowded with traffic and there isn’t much room for development to fix the already horrible traffic issues. Just be aware especially during school release time you’re going to sit in traffic no matter what and the times are staggered here so it’s bad from about 1pm-4 or 5pm.

if you're interested, jubilee city got denied. the builders are now doing 5k+ unrecorded subdivision soon instead since the county can't say no to that. milton is about to get even bigger. not to include the other few hundred new plots from the last 3 weeks.
