Hi, I hope you don’t mind me asking but I need some advice. I’ve struggled with chronic dieting for a very long time but I’ve been eating more now for around six months and I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been and I’m under 5 foot and I really need to lose some weight I’m doing everything possible eating really well eating in a slight calorie deficit resistance training and weight will not move. I’ve also had my hormones tested and they seem okay. My thyroid is good now so I’m just so confused I’m actually very depressed. Please can you help? Xx

Hi, I just started seeing your content on my FYP and I’m 4’11 and weigh about 167 but I was wondering if race also plays into it because I am also black, so I was wondering if there was a difference when it comes to race because I know sometimes that could also be a factor when it comes to weight loss
