I used to have sleep paralysis 2 years ago, and most of the time it happened after praying Fajr and going back to sleep or when I tried to nap during the day. It was really terrifying, and I hated it so much, but strangely I never used to get it during that week of the month then Ramadan came, and I prayed to Allah to take it away from me that was my only dua. I prayed throughout the last 10 nights, and ever since then I’ve never had sleep paralysis again Alhamdulillah

Always to be better, pray on time, repent,read the quran, do not judge, follow the Islamic teachings. Always turn to Allah ,no matter how far you stray .Do not let this world burden you. May الله ease the pain of those who are dealing with deaths of their loved ones, may الله grant us all sabr, Ya الله return us back to you when you are most pleased, may اللّه allow us to pass with the shahada on our tongues and in our hearts, may الله make the 3 questions easy for us, may اللّه forgive us for our sins and make us of good moral character, may اللّه let us all be protected from the torment of the grave and be granted the highest ranks in Jannah Ameen.

I got it one time and I prayed Allah evertime and then I got it nerver again one time I can walk my mother i went to the hospital and the doctor said you can never walk but I prayed Allah to protect me and now iam starting walk I got first is scholl race say amen Allah saves everyone
