yep 🥰 my cat loooooves kefir. for years I've been giving it to her. she's turning 12 this year & she is playful, no health issues, great shinny-fluffy hair. totally recommend.

Pumpkin is great for their gut health and if they have diarrhea too, too much pumpkin can also give them diarrhea so you have to give them the right amount so I skip a day then the next day I give them pumpkin and I repeat that, gut health & poops comes out perfect 👌🏼
