Best thing I’ve ever done ! I went months jumping through all the hoops and nothing helped. I had surgery and immediately felt relief. I was only off work a couple of weeks.

If you catch on early you can prevent it from getting this bad. Started developing plantar and switched to higher end shoes and it worked wonders for me. Now the pain only comes back maybe once a year
