If licensing is involved, complain to the board. If not, leave reviews online. Make them at least 2 stars and be very specific to lessen the chances of removal. If it was a credit card transaction, dispute it with the company on a factual basis. BBB complaint might also be an option.

As a mental health therapist, we are to make a client completely aware of the type of practice we do. If it was not outlined, then yes, she deserves compensation due to a breach of the therapeutic-client contract
