Gochujang Pulled Pork Ingredients: • 8 ish lb bone-in pork shoulder • 2 T Chinese five-spice powder • Garlic salt, to taste • Gochujang BBQ sauce (see below) Method 1. Add half of this to the pulled pork, if making. 🔥 Curry Butter Corn Ingredients: • 4 ears of corn, cut in half and lightly steamed • 4 T reg/dairy-free butter • 1 T curry powder • 3 T brown sugar (or white sugar) • Salt, to taste Method 1. Lightly steam corn until just tender. 2. On low, melt butter in a pan and stir in curry powder, brown sugar, and salt. Keep this on low heat because it will harden if it’s too high. 3.
