"I dont know" or "i dont believe you" is a claim about your own mental state that cannot be independently verified. yes, it is a claim but, no, it is not the same category of claim as "there is a god" or "there is not a god". hence the different term to describe it (agnostic/gnostic). you can also say "I believe there is a god" as a claim about your own mental state while still not claiming that "there is definitely a god". this is how you can be an agnostic theist and why agnostic theism requires faith while agnostic atheism does not (necessarily).

From all the kinds of videos I've seen like this. I'm pretty sure that the only theists who actually understand what an atheist is and what their position is, is a theist who's about to become an atheist.
