This is very true… I didn’t know about the 25% discount on council tax so when I got to know I registered and sent a mail and they refunded me the money I paid. the water bill too was same. I called them and they said £75 so I told them I stay alone… so I’m not paying that. They then reduced to £35… it was such a relief

A quick and easy American-Italian style shrimp pasta cooked in one pot, free of onions and peppers, perfect for a fast family meal.
