If you struggle with prayer and dont know what to say just ask for his presence. Ask him to just sit with you for a moment and truly give in. Sometimes just asking him to sit with you can be a huge relief

I am not gonna lie this is so true, you absolutely hear yourself and everything chaotic in your head and then after you sit in silence you hear the guidance. The way I know is I couldn’t one up with the guidance given fast enough. Every time I hear this first, “My child, …” 🥹❤️it’s so peaceful
