For about 10 days, he had been dedicating himself daily to the game *Minion Rush* to unlock the character James, as indicated by the game itself. However, he was still trying to complete the objective right up until a few minutes before the event ended. From approximately 2:00 PM today, "Goomy" simply stopped appearing, making it impossible to complete the mission and, consequently, to unlock the character James. I would like to understand if this is a game error (bug) or a strategy to induce players to purchase the character, as this is not the first time something similar has happened. My son has been playing *Minion Rush* for years and has faced other issues, such as characters disappearing or events that could not be completed as promised. This situation causes immense frustration, especially for autistic children, who tend to interpret information literally and place high expectations on the fulfillment of what is announced. My son dedicated many days to the event believing he would be able to unlock the character, and the sense of disappointment was profound. I kindly ask that you investigate what happened and provide an explanation regarding this situation, as well as consider a solution for the players who were affected.
