If you lift heavy for 5 reps, you still get a little sarcoplasmic expansion. If you lift for 12 reps to absolute failure, the last few reps are so heavy and exhausting for the muscle that they trigger massive myofibrillar growth too.

or just train normally the muscle functions are the same ur body doesn't know free weight, cables, calisthenics ect. the body knows resistance and when the resistance and effort is greater then what u can handle ur body adapts it's not like u magically grow different kinds of muscle from calisthenics

Bro, while theres some truth here, there’s a LOT of misinformation in this video: Like for example NOBODY is gonna be 280lbs lean and natural. If you trained as a natural and did mostly bodybuilding/calisthenics exercises, you’d also look athletic
