🇳🇮I'm Nicaraguan, not a fan of Nacatamales 😂, but its definitely our most renowned dish. I much prefer Indio Viejo, it's got similar ingredients but imo tastes much better and definitely more kid friendly

When you do Panama, revisit the tamales. Panamanian tamales are top tier. I ask my MIL every year at Christmas for a few months of a freezer portion. 🤤

I as a chef, I love watching you're doing opening up your family's mind on foods And you are somebody I would love to walk into and look at their spice rack and their pantry and you say cook me whatever you want. Because obviously you don't use every single spice or ingredient that you wind up buying for these recipes. Keep it up
