YouTube now has an AI feature next to the comments where it will ask you if you are curious about what you are watching. If you don't have any curiosities then it will give you summaries of the content. You now can get summaries in less time and move onto the next video. My interests are mostly about politics but when I'm on a say health and wellness post and especially if it's AI I'll use the AI to hurry up the video and get to the point. Not sure if this is what you're referring to, but it fits the timeline when things started to change for you about 3 or so weeks ago.

You are right we have 580,000 subscribers on YouTube I do a talk show like my late friend Art Bell We noticed a big drop in views! Also YouTube does not like talk shows now! We are still growing by over 20,000 a month but we been hearing the subscribers are not being notified even after they rang that bell!
