I never bought a TV from Best Buy but I bought other things and I always got a warranty and they were pretty good about it exchanging it for the next device only call Best Buy to hook up my TV

She's not a Karen. Best buy used to be great. I wouldn't buy anything from them. Idk if they are refurbishing? I 💯believe this woman. I don't know a single retailer that won't take returns under 30 days.
