@onehealthygut: Foods that heal SIBO and help with bloating, gas, and constipation. It’s so important with SIBO to work on motility because SIBO itself is not a root cause. And because I know people will ask, I’m not necessarily saying that food alone can fix SIBO. I have seen it be enough for some. Even if you go the antibiotic route, you’ll still need to work on motility in the long run and keeping your gut environment healthy to prevent getting SIBO back again. #bloatingtips #sibo #bloatrelief #constipated #bloatingrelief
If you have histamine issues, which most of us do, please do not have bone broth. Instead choose. L Glutamine

So is a sign of SIBO even waking up loaded or getting bloated after drinking water? I want to educate myself for some clients of mine that come to me for Pilates and are constantly bloated. I could get them to find abs, but I wanna be able to help otherwise as a personal trainer on the symptoms so I could have them go get checked and take the trio Sibo test kit if that will help define the root of their bloating issues.

This is all great advice!, however, be cautious about fat, bone broths (I miss my homemade bone broth so much), and bitter greens if you don’t have a gall bladder or if you have histamine intolerance. Your liver still produces bile to break down fats but you don’t get that timely “squirt” of bile from your gallbladder that would make fat breakdown more efficient. Also, bone broth is high in histamine so be careful if you’re sensitive to histamine rich foods (bone broth goes right through me). But honestly, love all this advice!

For the anti microbials - how often should we switch off? Like should I take berberine for 3 months then oil of oregano for 3 months, etc?
