我是中国人，我可以说一下，嗯，当地的情况至少是从我本身的角度来看。我是2013年买的房，均价5400多人民币1㎡，房价从2017年开始上涨到2020年，是历史最高房价差不多翻了一倍多，均价是在12000。1㎡人民币。房价从2020年开始下跌到现在房价到均价8000左右1㎡。我不是富裕的人，所以只买了一套供自己居住，房价的下跌与上涨和我没有太多关系，因为贵了我也不会卖，便宜了我也没钱买。
